Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

For the past several months, Deacon Ryan Delaney has been working on the initial stages of planting a church in Malta. Unfortunately, for personal and family reasons Deacon Delaney is not able to continue with the church plant.

Although temporarily on hold, the Diocese still has plans to plant a church in the Malta area. Please keep this project in your prayers as we continue to discern how best to move forward.

I would also ask you to please keep Deacon Delaney and his family in your prayers during this time of transition.

On another note, I leave today on a five day mission trip to Haiti with Dean Collum and a mission team from the Cathedral of all Saints. Please keep us in your prayers as well as our friends in Haiti. We return late Monday night.

Finally, I want to thank everyone who gave so generously to support Bishop Justin and the Diocese of Maridi and their efforts to minister to all the refugees coming to Maridi in search of safety, food and shelter. We have raised over $32,000 through your generosity. Thank you so much.

Faithfully Yours in Christ,

+Bill
