Diocesan Update - February 25, 2010

Phyllis Francis, widow of Fr. Peter Francis, died at home on Monday, February 22. Her funeral is tomorrow, Friday, February 26, beginning at 1 PM at St. Eustace, Lake Placid. Bishop Love is officiating. There are no calling hours.

 Rest eternal grant unto her, O Lord; let light perpetual shine upon her.

 Almighty God, Father of all mercies and giver of comfort: Deal graciously, we pray, with all who mourn; that, casting all their care on you, they may know the consolation of your love; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen (BCP pg 505)
