Diocesan Update - March 8, 2010

Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Beverly Ann Rule, RN, wife of the Rev Alan Rule, retired licensed priest, died unexpectedly at home in Odgensburg on Sunday morning. Calling hours are Tuesday, 7 - 9 at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home in Odgensburg. Her funeral requiem is Wednesday, Mar 10 at Notre Dame Church, Ford Avenue, beginning at 2 pm. Fr. Rule has been a supplying in the North Country since 2006.

Rest eternal grant unto her, O Lord; let light perpetual shine upon her.

Almighty God, Father of all mercies and giver of comfort: Deal graciously, we pray, with all who mourn; that, casting all their care on you, they may know the consolation of your love; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen (BCP pg 505)
